Each tool is laser scanned and modeled from its real geometry, then the tray is built in CAD around the exact negative space. Critical dimensions are verified before we ever print a production part.

Trays are printed in PETG-HS on production Bambu Lab hardware, sized to fit full bin footprints in one piece — no assembly required. We iterate wall thickness, fillets, and print settings for strength, finish, and day-to-day durability.
